Chardonnay says Chardonnay grapes are a classic white variety grown all around the world. This wine takes oak well and developes vanilla overtones when aged in oak barrels. Riesling says Riesling grapes produce wine of high acidity and usually show a zesty fresh fruit character. This is a popular grape grown in Northern Europe. The third one Sauvignon Blanc says Sauvignon Blanc grapes can tolerate warmer climates better than other varieties. This grape is higher in acid and often exihibits a melon taste.
