Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by entering your zip code, clicking calculate and use the pull down arrows to view your choices.



Q: Do you send tracking information?
A: Yes, an email is sent separately that contains your tracking information as well as the ship to address and class of service.



Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: No, our inventory changes so often that a printed catalog could not keep up.
