Privacy Statement:  We do NOT sell, trade, rent or give any of your information to anyone for any reason.  Your email address is used only to send you confirmation of your order, shipping and tracking information or to contact you if there is a question regarding your order...NO advertising.

Product Condition:  All products sold on this website are new! Inspect your purchases carefully and within 7 days from receipt. If you receive a damaged item; please save all packaging materials and contact us via phone or email so we can correct this for you. We will promptly send a replacement upon approval of claim for damage at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, you will be given a credit for your purchase.

Back orders: We do not back order. When a product is out of stock it is not visible on the website.

Return Policy: Return Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.  You must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) prior to returning merchandise. Packages without a RMA will be rejected.  No exceptions. Items must be returned with insurance, no exceptions. Items returned without insurance and are damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. Refunds are given for purchase price only, not shipping costs.  Items returned after 30 days will be given in store credit only.

Damaged Items: We must be notified of any damage within 7 days of receipt. Items found to be damaged after 7 days of receipt can not be claimed for insurance damage or exchange.

Exchanges & Refunds:  Are issued promptly usually within 24-48 hours of receipt.  Items returned after 30 days will be issued an in store credit only.

Defective Products: Defective products will be exchanged for the same item, if out of stock a credit will be issued. Recall Tags are issued at our discretion for defective products only.

Shipping: US Postal Service and UPS shipping cost includes insurance. Shipping cost is the weight of your purchase calculated to your zip code. You have the choice in class of service during check out. You will receive an e-mail when your order ships with tracking and other shipping information. Most items ship within 1 business day from date of order and receipt of payment.

International Customers: Shipping is First Class International (under 4 pounds) or Priority Mail International. There is customs due when your item arrives. We do not include shipping costs in the value section of your customs form. Check with your local delivery service for details.
